| Job: | They replaced nine windows in our home and did so in one day. Later they replaced the door and transom to the deck with a 9' french door. |

| Positive: | Sales representatives were professional, and informative, did not pressure to buy, and offered options for products and financing. Installers in both jobs were efficient, respectful of the property, answered questions when asked, explained the operation of the items, and cleaned up after themselves.
Higher cost than others in the area but higher quality and longer more comprehensive warranty. |
