| Positive: | Technicians always arrive as scheduled and call to advise of a change when situations dictate a change in plans. Always ask the right questions to determine the issue, respect the property, keep you informed of progress, and clean up after themselves.
Their preferred customer plan (reasonably priced)gets you a yearly inspection and, if you have one, an on-demand water heater flush. Yearly inspection helps identify current issues and those that are developing. |
